Copy the plugin files from another machine that has access and has installed from Chrome Marketplace. Chrome will then install the executable files in this location:

Note: You may safely then take a copy of this information since:
- No user data is stored at this location.
- The same Chrome Marketplace plugin number/key is the same for all users.
- Each user will specify the Server login.
- Each unique user logging in will have their own access based on the server permissions.
- Sensitive information such as passwords is not cached.
- Each browser instance of the plugin will store its own cache of non-sensitive information.
