Digital Signatures and Checksum Hashes
Use KeePass with Pleasant Password Server
The Pleasant Solutions Password Server installer exe is individually signed at the time of download with a Digital Signature which:
- Verifies that it is from Pleasant Solutions, and
- Certifies file contents - that all data contained in the file remains 100% true to its original form.
This Signature includes an industry standard encrypted SHA256 certificate & SHA1 thumbprint which Windows uses to:
- Confirm the publisher (Pleasant Solutions)
- Confirm that the file contents remain untouched and uncorrupted
- Provides the ability to view the executable’s individual checksum hashes
- Provides a self-contained mechanism to also confirm the checksum hashes
